- Are consultancy sessions confidential?
Yes, all information shared during the consultancy sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
- Can a colleague join me for the consultancy session?
The consultancy sessions are designed for one-on-one interaction to ensure personalised attention to your specific needs. If you have a colleague who would like to join, please request this in advance to discuss the possibility and any additional arrangements that may be needed.
- How can I schedule a consultancy session?
To schedule a session, please complete the enquiry form on this page. I will respond within 24 hours to confirm a call time.
- How do I pay for the consultancy session?
Once a date has been agreed, you will receive an invoice. Payment is required within 2 working days to secure the appointment.
- Is there a cancellation policy for consultancy sessions?
Once payment has been made, the session cannot be cancelled or transferred. If you need to reschedule the session, please send an email to sayhello@luanwise.co.uk at least 2 working days in advance of the agreed appointment time and await acknowledgment of your message. Sessions can only be rescheduled once.
- Can I request additional support after the consultancy session?
Absolutely! During the session we can discuss any requirements for additional calls or support.
